The indoor air quality and the diner

They just opened a new diner up the street from where I live, and I am absolutely excited about it. I hate to cook, and up until now getting pizza and wings delivered was the only choice.  Between you and me I’m getting pretty tired of pizza and wings all the time, even with the unusual flavored crusts. So I was stoked that there would be anywhere close that had a whole menu of things for me to order. There is a problem though, so I don’t like going there after all. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, or if they just don’t have a good range hood to cook, but the venue is consistently smoky. Since it was new, I thought they would have a brand new state of the art Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system to scrub the air and keep it cool and nice for the clients. Maybe they don’t have enough intake air vents, or perhaps they just have a problem with their air filters. The venue stinks like grease and smoke all the time that I’m there. It’s hard to care about a meal with such terrible indoor air pollen levels. Thankfully they do carry out orders, so I can call in my order without sitting in the bad air quality for more than a few hours. Then I can come home to my home with great air quality Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. If they would only start delivering, I would never have to leave my a/c.
