My cubicle group can agree on climate control program

I work in a cubicle style office space. I actually don’t mind the cubicle. I have it all dressed up the way I want it to be. I also store everything I could ever want in that tiny space. I have pretty good cubicle mates too. This guy Kyle likes to play music out loud and I don’t mind. Kyle has really good musical taste. So I usually jam along with him. Pam likes to eat in her cubicle. I know some people don’t like the smell of her food, but I don’t mind at all. There is also Kenny, the fourth member in our section. The four of us have to work together sometimes and we also as a group decide on the heating and cooling for our section. A lot of cubicle groups fight over the temperature control. The four of us really good about this though. We all seem to agree on a decent temperature. Kyle and Pam sometimes have to work out just how much heating they want in the Winter. Pam gets colder than Kyle. So setting your thermostat is almost like an art form. The heater has to be on, but not too high. We all seem to agree on manual AC in the Summer too. Again, sometimes Pam and Kyle have to play around with the climate control to get it just right. Kenny and I just let them go at it. The four of us, at the end of the day, work really well with our HVAC settings. Some groups spend all day fighting over the thermostat control.
