A week ago I was incredibly irritated. It all fell right at the end of a very strange saturday and sunday. All I wanted to do was relax and watch my favorite show on Sunday night. That’s when the cable cut out. I called the cable company, but they weren’t able to help much. Needless to say, I woke the next day with even more issues. I had a message from my cable company talking about extra charges, and my air conditioner wasn’t even working! Talk about a bad a weekend. I tried to regulate the thermostat to see if my air conditioner would work, but I had no results whatsoever. I decided to phone an HVAC technician, but first I had to face the cable company, or as I like to call them, “The Evil Empire.” As I sat there sweating from the lack of air conditioning, I had to wait ages to communicate with a billing representative. I’ve always had problems with them from the very beginning, and now I had additional issues with a broken air conditioner, thermostat, and god knows what else! I finally got a billing representative on the line, but they didn’t know anything about this new charge. They were no help, as usual. Now I was free to call my local HVAC business for getting an HVAC technician out to the house. Hopefully I would be able to have my air conditioner issue addressed unlike the awful service from my cable provider! The HVAC representative was very nice, and he even answered quickly! They promised to have an HVAC technician sent out to my house within the hour. Now that’s quality service!
